Guide, don’t lecture → your role is to shepherd conversation, not to have all the answers.

Encourage participation → draw out quieter voices, and help the group process together.

Keep the mission central → regularly point participants back to God’s glory and His global heart.

Model obedience → share your own “I WILL” commitments and habits along the way.
